alimentarte bien"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Muchas veces tenemos la concepci\u00f3n de que todos los alimentos son malos para la salud excepto las frutas y algo de esto es cierto, sin embargo es necesario entender que cada persona requiere una variedad importante de alimentos en porciones indicadas y conocer que es lo que tu cuerpo m\u00e1s necesita puede incluso mejorar tu salud.<\/p>\n<p>Esta dieta nos la puede dar un nutricionista, pero en general lo que debes tener en cuenta es la pir\u00e1mide alimentaria que nos muestra que tipo de alimentos debemos consumir con mayor frecuencia y que alimentos solo deben ser consumidos ocasionalmente.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/smsafemode.files.wordpress.com\/2015\/09\/piramide-alimentaria.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" de agua diariamente<\/li>\n<li>El consumo de harinas es una de las bases de nuestra pir\u00e1mide alimentaria lo cual indica que el consumo de pan, cereales, arroz, papa, o pastas debe realizarse diariamente en lo posible solo una de nuestras comidas, preferiblemente en el almuerzo.<\/li>\n<li>Comer frutas y verduras est\u00e1 en la tercera posici\u00f3n de nuestra pir\u00e1mide y esto se debe a que nos proporciona nutrientes y fibra para el correcto funcionamiento de nuestro cuerpo, sin embargo recuerda que algunas frutas tienen altos contenidos de az\u00facar es por esto que tambi\u00e9n debes procurar ser medido en el consumo de frutos dulces, los dem\u00e1s pueden componer una parte importante de nuestras comidas<\/li>\n<li>En una cuarta posici\u00f3n tenemos los l\u00e1cteos los cuales nos dan calcio y otros componentes esenciales para nuestro cuerpo, sin embargo por lo general estos alimentos tienen un alto contenido graso por lo cual puedes consumirlo diariamente preferible una vez al d\u00eda.<\/li>\n<li>Uno de los alimentos importantes que no pueden faltar en nuestra diete son los alimentos compuestos por pescado, pollo y huevos para los cuales se aconseja que cada alimento tenga una porci\u00f3n de alguno de los anteriores y en lo posible evita que estos alimentos sean fritos.<\/li>\n<li>Alimentos como carnes rojas, cerdo y embutidos se aconseja consumir ocasionalmente por su alto contenido graso.<\/li>\n<li>Y finalmente lo recomendable es consumir al m\u00ednimo golosinas y aditamentos como mantequilla o azucares ya que estos no le proporcionan ninguna clase de nutrientes a nuestro cuerpo y tienen altos contenidos de azucares y grasas nocivas en altas porciones en nuestro organismo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span style=\"color:#ff6600;\">Video
