aconseja como m\u00ednimo dormir entre 7 y 8 horas diarias(seg\u00fan la organizaci\u00f3n mundial de la salud), lamentablemente un n\u00famero importante de la poblaci\u00f3n duerme menos horas de las indicadas muchas veces extendemos nuestra jornada laboral por las noches o simplemente por las continuas distracciones como televisor, computador, celular entre muchas otras que son un factor altamente influyente que nos quita en promedio entre 2 a 3 horas de valioso sue\u00f1o.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Probablemente los s\u00edntomas m\u00e1s notables de no dormir las horas suficientes sea la perdida de concentraci\u00f3n dificultad para comprender o realizar actividades pero adicional a eso hay mucho m\u00e1s que afecta nuestra salud, teniendo en cuenta el peri\u00f3dico EL ESPECTADOR en un art\u00edculo titulado \u201c14 efectos de no dormir lo suficiente\u201d nos indica que somos m\u00e1s propensos a sufrir de ansiedad generando una cantidad importante de malos h\u00e1bitos adicionales, por otra <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-511 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/smsafemode.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/duerme-entre-7-y-8-horas-como-minimo-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"Duerme entre 7 y 8 horas como minimo\" width=\"239\" height=\"159\" de tejido cerebral generando danos que pueden llegar a ser irreversibles, que a largo plazo pueden llegar a desarrollarse como un derrame cerebral, incrementa el riesgo de padecer c\u00e1ncer e incluso en los hombres puede llegar a disminuir el n\u00famero de espermatozoides.<\/p>\n<p>Con lo anterior nos damos cuenta lo grave que puede llegar a ser no dormir las horas m\u00ednimas, pero como si fuera poco existen riesgos adicionales en ciertas ocupaciones o actividades que pueden producir un accidente que afectaran nuestra integridad o incluso la de otros, como en el caso de un conductor que por falta de horas de sue\u00f1o puede tener un micro-sue\u00f1o que podr\u00eda generar con facilidad, otro ejemplo que se aplica en este caso son las personas que manejan en su labor objetos corto punzantes los cuales requieren de mucha atenci\u00f3n al ser manejados, pero como mencionamos anteriormente la falta de sue\u00f1o puede dificultar tareas ordinarias y en este caso se podr\u00eda producir un accidente por cortadura o perdida de alguna extremidad.<\/p>\n<p>Por todo lo anterior consideramos que un factor importante para actuar en modo seguro es dormir las horas
