Identificar las causas de los accidentes<br \/>\n<strong>3<\/strong>. Establecer sistemas de informaci\u00f3n para el an\u00e1lisis de causas<br \/>\n<strong>4<\/strong>. Implementar pautas para recomendar acciones preventivas y correctivas, posteriores a la<br \/>\ninvestigaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><em>Conceptos basicos<\/em><\/h4>\n<p><strong>1. Incidente de trabajo:<\/strong> Suceso acaecido en el curso del trabajo o en relaci\u00f3n con \u00e9ste, que tuvo el<br \/>\npotencial de ser un accidente, en el que hubo personas involucradas sin que sufrieran lesiones o se<br \/>\npresentaran da\u00f1os a la propiedad y\/o p\u00e9rdida en los procesos.<br \/>\n<strong>2. Investigaci\u00f3n de accidente o incidente:<\/strong> Proceso sistem\u00e1tico de determinaci\u00f3n y ordenaci\u00f3n de<br \/>\ncausas, hechos o situaciones que generaron o favorecieron la ocurrencia del accidente o incidente,<br \/>\nque se realiza con el objeto de prevenir su repetici\u00f3n, mediante el control de los riesgos que lo<br \/>\nprodujeron.<br \/>\n<strong>3. Causas b\u00e1sicas:<\/strong> Causas reales que se manifiestan detr\u00e1s de los s\u00edntomas; razones por las cuales<br \/>\nocurren los actos y condiciones sub est\u00e1ndares o inseguros; factores que una vez identificados<br \/>\npermiten un control administrativo significativo. Las causas b\u00e1sicas ayudan a explicar por qu\u00e9 se<br \/>\ncometen actos sub est\u00e1ndares o inseguros y por qu\u00e9 existen condiciones sub est\u00e1ndares o<br \/>\ninseguras.<br \/>\n<strong>4. Causas inmediatas:<\/strong> Circunstancias que se presentan justamente antes del contacto; por lo general<br \/>\nson observables o se hacen sentir. Se clasifican en actos subest\u00e1ndares o actos inseguros<br \/>\n(comportamientos que podr\u00edan dar paso a la ocurrencia de un accidente o incidente) y condiciones<br \/>\nsubest\u00e1ndares o condiciones inseguras (circunstancias que podr\u00edan dar paso a la ocurrencia de un<br \/>\naccidente o incidente)<br \/>\n<strong>5.
